Educational Support Professionals

OEA membership is available to Education Support Professionals (ESP) who are Omaha Public School (OPS) employees and are eligible for membership in the Nebraska State Education Association (NSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA).

Sign language interpreters employed by OPS and Head Start educators are eligible for membership in the OEA. The OEA currently represents sign language interpreters in bargaining.
